The management at Paia Inn has developed a series of policies and procedures, in order to ensure that all guests enjoy a pleasant experience while visiting. Select from the list below to learn about the policies and procedures of the Paia Inn:
Confirmed Reservations
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. If the reservation is done on-line, a confirmation will be provided via email. A confirmed reservation will hold your accommodations through the night of your arrival. Once you have confirmed your reservation, you are guaranteed a room. The minimum check in age is 21, with a Photo ID required at time of check in.

Advance Deposit Policy
All reservations will require an advance deposit equaling an average of one night stay at the time of booking.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Upon Check-in, the guests’ credit card will be charged for the full reservation period.
- The deposit which is applied to the cost of your accommodation will, unless we are otherwise requested, be charged to the credit card used to confirm your reservation.
- For consecutive or multiple reservations, an additional deposit will be required.
- Any Incidental Charges incurred during the guests’ stay, will be handled and charged upon checkout. The PAIA INN maintains a 24 hour cancellation policy.
- An advance deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made outside of 24 hours of your arrival date.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to your arrival will result in forfeiting one hundred percent (100%) of your deposits.
- Long-Term Cancellation Policy – Full Month payments are due at time of check-in and are non-refundable. Additional Months are due one month in advance and are non-refundable.

Extra Guests
All rates quoted are based on your selections chosen for Adults and Children. Any alteration in these numbers will result in a different price quote.

Weekend and Holiday
Minimums All weekend and Holiday bookings require a 2-3 night minimum stay for the Hotel and 5-7 night stay for the Bungalow’s and Cottages - depending on time of year.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in the rooms or on the grounds of the Paia Inn.

Room Damages
You are responsible for leaving the room in the same condition (with normal usage) as it was when you arrived. The registered guest will be held responsible for any and all damages to the room, found during the stay or after departure.
This property is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We assume no responsibility for accidents or injuries to guests or vehicles. We will not be held responsible for loss or damage to valuables that are not secured properly.

Excessive Cleaning
Paia Inn reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card should there be excessive cleaning or repair needed in the guest room. Guest(s) shall leave premises in clean, undamaged condition. If additional cleaning is required after your departure, it will be billed at a rate of $75 for excessive cleaning.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Parking
We have limited on-site parking based on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is a public parking lot one block away.
Phones
Phones located in room are provided and available for local service only.
Computer/Printer/Fax
A computer and printer are available in our upstairs living area for our hotel guests’ convenience. A fax is located in the downstairs office area. This may incur a small usage fee.
Maid Service
Daily maid service and clean towels are provided to the hotel guests.
